Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy
- 15 Days or More Prior to Arrival: An 80% refund of the advance deposit will be processed, after deducting the applicable government tax amount and standard bank transaction charges.
- 14 to 7 Days Prior to Arrival: A 50% refund of the advance deposit will be issued, after deducting the applicable government tax amount.
- 6 Days or Less Prior to Arrival: No refund is applicable for cancellations made within this window.
- Special & New Year Dates Restriction: For bookings falling between 15th December 2026 and 05th January 2027, major festivals, or national long weekends, standard policies are entirely void. Reservations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-amendable.
- No-Show & Early Departure: If a guest fails to arrive, 100% of the advance deposit stands forfeited. In the event of an early departure mid-stay, no refunds or rolling credits will be provided for any remaining unused nights.
- Unforeseen Travel Disruptions: No refunds or credits shall be issued for cancellations or failures to arrive caused by roadblocks, traffic disruptions, vehicle accidents, extreme weather, park closures, or any other structural logistical issues beyond the property's direct control.
