Ayodhya Tent City – 2024
For the inauguration of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, we created two expansive tent cities designed to accommodate the influx of visitors from across India. The first of these cities featured 250 meticulously crafted tents, offering a comfortable and well-appointed 500 bedded tented accommodation. This space was dedicated to ensuring that VIP guests, who played a crucial role in the event, experienced a stay that reflected the grandeur and significance of the occasion. The second tent city was a large scale effort, providing 5000 bedded dormitory setup designed to accommodate the thousands of visitors who travelled to visit the Ram Mandir. Each dormitory was thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and convenience, both within the hangers and in tents. From 24th January to 11th March, these tent cities served as hubs of activity, providing not only lodging but also a sense of community and shared experience for all attendees. We also created a lobby / reception area, dining area, kitchen and other basic facilities. The project required meticulous planning, execution and attention to detail, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well cared for throughout the duration of event.
