Eco Retreat Odisha – 2021 to 2026

In collaboration with Odisha Tourism, our team undertook the comprehensive set up, operations, maintenance and management of the esteemed Eco Retreat Odisha 2021-22. This ambitious project was aimed at promoting the scenic sites of Hirakud (Sambalpur), Satkosia (Baliput) and Daringbadi (Kandhamal), as well as highlighting the natural and cultural richness of Odisha. The retreat ran from 15 December 2021 to 15 March 2022 and featured 25 AC luxury tents at each of the three picturesque locations, offering guests a unique blend of luxury amidst nature.

Our responsibilities included top-notch accommodation services, ensuring that each tent was equipped with modern amenities to offer the utmost comfort to the guests. The F&B services were meticulously planned and executed, offering a diverse range of culinary delights that catered to the varied preferences of our guests, thus enhancing their overall stay experience.

We also curated a diverse range of activities to keep guests engaged, including water sports, serene outdoor excursions and relaxing indoor games. The retreat featured cultural programs showcasing Odisha’s rich heritage and traditions, providing an immersive experience. Comprehensive sightseeing tours were organised to explore the natural beauty and historical landmarks of each location. Our meticulous planning and execution ensured a seamless and enjoyable experience, promoting Odisha as a premier destination for eco-friendly luxury retreats and setting a benchmark for future tourism initiatives.
