To accommodate the influx of guests, we organized the stay for both VIP guests and regular attendees by pitching 700 tents. This large-scale arrangement ensured that all guests have comfortable stay during the celebrations. Our meticulous planning and execution included providing necessary amenities, ensuring security and coordinating logistics to handle the high volume of attendees smoothly.
